Many people don't know the vast physical benefits of jumping on a trampoline. Because of the springs, jumping on a trampoline can give more of a cardiovascular workout than jogging, while minimizing the stress and impact put on your knees and the cartilage surrounding them. Besides the fact that trampolines are a great exercise tool, your kids will love it. You can tone your legs and improve your health while the kids are at school, and when they get home, they get to do the same and they wont even realize that they're exercising because they're having so much fun.
